The work was focused on determination of blast wave parameters from small charges of plastic explosive fired either on the ground or at very low altitudes. - Roman Vala, MSc., Sensitivity of PETN and its Phlegmatizates (thesis)
The sensitivity of various industrial types of PETN were determined as well as desensitizing effect of a number of additives. Impact, friction and electrostatic discharge results were evaluated by standard and probit methods.
